The promoter is: GreenThumb Ltd (“GreenThumb Lawn Treatment Service”), company no. 3304341, whose registered Head Office is at Ffordd William Morgan, St Asaph Business Park, St Asaph, Denbighshire, North Wales, LL17 0JD.

  1.  The competition is only open to residents of Great Britain, aged 18 years or over, except employees of GreenThumb Lawn Treatment Service or any affiliated companies or their families or anyone involved in this prize draw or the random selection of the winner of the competition.
  2.  There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition although the internet, Facebook and Instagram access are required.
  3.  By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions and all applicable rules and guidelines applicable to the use of Facebook including the rules located at section 9.

  5.  Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will not be counted nor joint submissions. Incomplete, misdirected, early or late entries will not be accepted.
  6.  This competition is open to entries from 12:00 19th May 2023. The closing date for entries will be 9:00 19th June After this date, there may still be entries, but they will not be counted.
  7. For reasons out of our control we may not be able to deliver the exact products in this giveaway. If this is the case, we will send out similar products.
  8.  No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  9.  The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

Entrant must “like” the GreenThumb Lawn Treatment Service, Greenworks, and Webb Facebook and Instagram page, ‘’tag a friend’’ & comment what package they want in the comment section and ‘’share’’ the competition post.

  1.  GreenThumb Lawn Treatment Service reserves the right to cancel, modify or amend the competition, temporarily or permanently, and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the GreenThumb Lawn Treatment Service’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by GreenThumb Lawn Treatment Service.
  2.  GreenThumb Lawn Treatment Service is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

  1.  The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent or greater value without giving notice.
  2.  The winner will be chosen at random by software, from all valid entries received during the promotional period and verified by GreenThumb Lawn Treatment Service.
  3.  The winner will be notified on Facebook or Instagram and private message within 28 days of the closing date. Winner must provide their postal and email address. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and arrange for a replacement winner to be chosen at random by software in the circumstances envisaged by these terms.
  4. The winner may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their prize.
  5. GreenThumb Lawn Treatment Service will notify the winner when the prize will be sent out.
  6.  GreenThumb Lawn Treatment Service’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into in respect of the decisions taken by the GreenThumb Lawn Treatment Service.
  7.  The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
  8.  All copyright in the entries is the property of the GreenThumb Lawn Treatment Service. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name, county of residence and entry details in any publicity material, including GreenThumb Lawn Treatment Service’s Facebook page. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
  9. The GreenThumb Lawn Treatment Service does not accept responsibility for network, computer or software failures of any kind and has no responsibility for lost, delayed or misdirected entries.

The GreenThumb Lawn Treatment Service reserves the right to discount any inappropriate or offensive entries and to disqualify any entries if the GreenThumb Lawn Treatment Service, at its sole discretion, believes that there has been an attempt to manipulate or tamper with the operation of the promotion (including, without limitation, by setting up multiple Instagram, Facebook or other social media accounts in order to submit multiple entries).
