Direct Debit

Our annual treatment programs are designed to provide consistent care for your lawn, with payments spread over a 12-month period via Direct Debit. This payment structure allows us to deliver treatments at specific times throughout the year to ensure optimal results.

As the timing of treatments is carefully scheduled, certain services may be delivered early in the program, while the corresponding payments continue throughout the year. Therefore, if you decide to cancel your program before the full treatment cycle is completed, there may be an outstanding balance remaining for services already rendered. This balance will need to be settled upon cancellation to cover the cost of the treatments you have received up to that point.

Please note that this is for illustrative purposes only, and your actual payment amount will vary depending on the size of your lawn and the specific services included in your plan.

Treatments outside of your Direct Debit programme

There may be instances where you decide to receive a treatment outside of your Direct Debit program, such as aeration when you're on a basic plan. These treatments will need to be paid for individually, and you'll be invoiced accordingly. Please note that the invoice is due for payment on the day it is issued

Pay as you Go

There may be an option to pay per treatment, depending on your local branch. After each treatment is completed, you'll receive an invoice by email or post, based on your preferences. The invoice will provide details on how to make the payment, with options including My.GreenThumb, BACS, or card payment.
