Terms and Conditions for GreenThumb Referral Programme

The promoter is GreenThumb Ltd (company no. 3304341) whose registered office is at Integra, St. Asaph Business Park, St. Asaph, LL17 0JD.

1. Eligibility: The GreenThumb Referral Programme ("Programme") is open to existing GreenThumb customers with a Live account status and an email associated with their account ("Referrer") who refer new customers ("Referee") to GreenThumb. *Previous or cancelled customers are not classified as ‘New’.

2. Referral Code: Referrers must share their unique referral code, which can be found in their GreenThumb LawnLove Rewards account.

3. Referee Requirements:

o The Referee must use the unique referral code at the time of signing up for a GreenThumb direct debit programme.

o The Referee must have a valid email address associated with their account to enable access to the LawnLove Rewards platform.

o The Referee must have their first GreenThumb lawn treatment and fully pay their first invoice.

4. Referral Reward:

o Once the Referee meets the above requirements, both the Referrer and the Referee will receive a £10 credit on their LawnLove Rewards account.

o The £10 reward must be used for purchases within the LawnLove Rewards platform.

o All reward credits will expire 12 months after issue.

o Upon cancellation of your GreenThumb account, all rewards and credits will be forfeited, and the account credit balance set to zero.

o This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and may be withdrawn at any time.

5. Programme Duration: The Programme is ongoing. GreenThumb reserves the right to modify or terminate the Programme at any time without prior notice.

6. Reward Limitations:

o Each Referrer can refer multiple Referees but can earn a maximum of £10 per Referee.

o The £10 reward is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

7. LawnLove Rewards Platform: Referrers and referred users must comply with the platform's terms of service.

8. Fraud Prevention: GreenThumb reserves the right to investigate and disqualify any Referrer or Referee who engages in fraudulent activities or violates these terms and conditions.

9. Personal Data: Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

10. Changes and Amendments: GreenThumb may update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued participation in the Programme after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

 Recommend a Friend Promotion - This promotion ended on 08/10/2024

  2. The promotion runs from 1st January 2018 – 08th October 2024.
  3. The rules of the promotion and rewards:

    Recommender: To qualify for this offer the recommender must

    • Be 18 years or over and be a live customer of GreenThumb.
    • Check that your friend is happy to be recommended.
    • Enter your full address and customer reference number (Example: 0182-48387 – Please don’t miss out the four digits prior to your customer number. This customer number can be found on the top of your invoice.) on either the online form on our website or on one of our literature forms.
    • Choose either a £20 GreenThumb credit or a £20 M&S voucher

    Recommended Friend: To qualify for this offer, the recommended friend needs to follow the steps below:

    Step 1: Agree with your local representative to sign up for our service.

    Step 2: When you become a GreenThumb customer (1st treatment completed and paid for) your friend will be rewarded.

  4. This offer can't be used in conjunction with any other offer and may be withdrawn at any time.
  5. This offer is not valid if redeemed over the telephone.
  6. There’s no limit to the number of friends a recommender can recommend and each recommended friend will qualify for a payment if they meet the conditions.
  7. Multiple recommendations for the same person do not qualify for multiple rewards, i.e. you may only recommend each individual friend a single time
  8. By entering this promotion, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
  9. The promotion and these Terms & Conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
  10. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

1.     Promotion Period: This promotion is valid for new customers who sign up for any GreenThumb treatment programme between 5th July 2024 and 1st October 2024 ("Promotion Period").

2.     Discount Eligibility: To qualify for the promotion, new customers must quote the discount code ‘Somerset Cricket 25’ at the time of signing up.

3.     Discount Offer: Eligible customers will receive a £25.00 discount applicable either towards their first treatment or as a credit against their Direct Debit balance with GreenThumb.

4.     The Discount  is as Stated: No cash or other alternatives will be offered. The discount is non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

Terms and Conditions for the Lawn Refresh £50 LawnLove Reward Credit Promotion

  1. Eligibility:
    • This promotion is valid for customers who book a Lawn Refresh treatment with GreenThumb between 29th November 2024 and 14th February 2025.
  2. LawnLove Rewards Credit:
    • Eligible customers will receive a £50 credit applied to their LawnLove Rewards account.
    • The credit can be used only within the LawnLove Rewards platform, which provides access to over 300 exclusive deals and offers.
    • Access to LawnLove Rewards is available exclusively for Live customers with a valid email address linked to their GreenThumb account.
  3. Conditions of Credit:
    • The £50 credit will be applied to the customer’s LawnLove Rewards wallet only after the Lawn Refresh treatment has been completed and fully paid for.
    • The credit cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.
    • All LawnLove Credits expire 12 months after credit Issued
  4. Restrictions:
    • If a customer cancels their GreenThumb account, all unused LawnLove Rewards wallet credits will be forfeited.
    • Cancelled customers cannot access the LawnLove Rewards platform, as it is exclusive to Live customers.
  5. Promotion Period:
    • Bookings must be made between 8:00 AM on 29th November 2024 and 11:59 PM on 14th February 2025 to qualify for the promotion.
  6. General:
