Lawns are the centrepiece of gardens and community spaces across our nations. And we wanted to highlight the importance a healthy lawn has for the environment, for wildlife and for our wellbeing.
We saw first-hand the importance of outdoor spaces during the pandemic and we haven’t forgotten the physical and mental health benefits that our customers enjoyed. So, we asked them to nominate worthy individuals, families or local organisations to receive a year’s worth of free lawn treatments.
As a result; GreenThumb will be providing our Standard Programme to over 160 lawns across the UK. And we’d like to thank the volunteers from our partners the National Garden Scheme and Scotland’s Gardens Scheme for selecting the recipients.
You can read about some of these amazing nominees and their stories here... We will continually update their stories and lawn transformation as the year goes on.
